Position Title: Division Manager

We are looking for a Division Manager for our Skilled Trades Team.

This role will position you for future growth in the organization by allowing you to demonstrate your business acumen, ability to lead others and develop your recruitment and sales skills.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Achievement of branch budget by networking with both Talent and Employers in the London area
  • Developing plans based on real-time KPI’s
  • Development of your employees
  • Actively participating in client retention and growth strategies
  • Drive new business development
  • Training new branch associates
  • Networking with employers of choice
  • Sourcing Talent using a variety of methods
  • Engaging in real-time coaching with your colleagues
  • Taking the time to ensure a proper understanding of Talent goals
  • Maintain active communication with Talent
  • Maintain appropriate records of billing and hours worked
  • Advising clients using your market knowledge
  • Implementing marketing campaigns specific to your market
  • Understanding of Skilled Trades and their importance in our everyday lives

You bring to the table:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a Staffing Consultant role
  • A post-secondary education (ideally Business)
  • Track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to coach/mentor others
  • Strategic mindset
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and team orientation
  • Demonstrated resilience in previous roles
  • Previous experience within the staffing industry is an asset
  • Reliable transportation
