Job Summary:

Contribute to the growth and profitability of accounts while providing leadership and mentorship to your team.

Main Responsibilities

Leadership Accountabilities:

  • Set daily activities for Account Managers to drive effective and efficient delivery, ensuring efficient coverage
  • Working with the Client Executives, Account Managers, and Recruiters to streamline and improve delivery results for various accounts
  • Providing deskside training and mentorship to Account Managers
  • Working with the Director to discuss weekly and monthly performance reviews / target-setting for Account Managers
  • Developing new processes and recruitment techniques for increased delivery results
  • Representing Randstad's major clients through vendor events
  • Responsible for overall performance management of team members, including progressive discipline when required

Recruitment Accountabilities:

  • Continue to develop and grow your client database while maintaining top tier results
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consistently managing and growing your market share and wallet share
  • Assist with the identification of candidate suitability and match to appropriate job opportunities
  • Manage the sales lifecycle effectively while exceeding monthly targets
  • Understand, deliver, and negotiate contracts appropriately and effectively
  • Build an understanding of the IT market/industry, including trends, market intel, etc.
  • Uphold and maintain Randstad’s corporate standards and values
  • Build and maintain effective relationships within all internal teams

  • Leadership abilities along with the desire to coach and mentor others
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Strong presentation skills, coupled with the ability to train Account Managers
  • Superb time management and organizational skills
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal
