Position Title: Recruitment Advisor

External Description:

Randstad Technologies Group located in Toronto Downtown is currently looking for a 360 Desk Recruitment Advisor to specialize in filling permanent positions for various clients in the Information Technology field. This is a hybrid role.

Main responsibilities:

• Cover the full recruitment cycle in information technology
• Fill permanent IT positions based on the needs of various clients
• Recruit Developers and other IT professionals
• Build strategic relationships with clients
• Focus on new business development and bring on new clients
• Grow and explore areas in business growth
• Develop efficient strategies to fill current and future hiring needs
• Negotiate contracts, close, sell and develop recruitment activities with clients

Qualifications required:

• Experience in a similar role in an employment agency is definitely a great asset 
• Experience in clients’ accounts management or sales 
• Experience in technical recruitment preferred
• Ability to manage time and meet strict competing deadlines
• Skilled in building lasting/trusting business relationships with stakeholders
• Strong communication and verbal/written command in English
