Position Title: Talent Ambassador

External Description:

Randstad Technologies Group is currently hiring a Talent Ambassador to assist in the onboarding process for our new hires in our Technologies Hub in Vancouver. This is a hybrid role.

This would be a great opportunity if you love connecting with candidates and preparing them for their next career opportunity. This role operates as a recruitment support role - great for someone who likes admin work, customer service and relationship building.

What will you be doing?

• Building relationships with our existing candidates and providing them with exemplary service
• Reviewing resumes and submitting them to clients – You will be the single point of contact
• Interview coaching and debriefing
• Matching and placing professional candidates in the right position by ensuring the clients’ needs are understood and met
• Maintaining an all-around excellent customer service
• Completing onboarding requirements for new hires

• Customer service and admin an asset

• A strong work ethic and a sense of commitment
