Randstad Technologies part of Randstad Canada is currently searching for an outgoing, energetic, and results-driven Account Manager to prospect and manage new business in Calgary AB. With our deep knowledge of local Canadian markets, our global network of experts and dedicated specialists, we have unmatched knowledge, understanding, and investment in your career success. 

This exciting and challenging Account Manager opportunity includes both new business development and relationship management. As strategic and innovative networking is critical aspect to this position, primary functions will include: 

  • Build and maintain business client relationships through improving quantity and quality
  • Work closely with best-in-class recruiters to ensure clients’ needs are met
  • Review profiles submitted by in-house recruiters and present candidates to  clients
  • Contract negotiations and ongoing sales
  • Continuously promote and act in alignment with Randstad Group core values

Skills and Experience

  • Successful track record as a service-oriented salesperson
  • Skilled at meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • 1 year plus business development and sales experience 
  • Strong networking and relationship-building/management skills
  • Adept at negotiating contracts and closing sales
  • Strong work ethic and sense of commitment and ownership
  • Sound English communication skills
  • Able to do presentation and customer service mindset
  • College Diploma completed (nice to have)
  • Exposure to recruitment (nice to have)
