Are you a Bilingual IT recruitment consultant with an entrepreneurial spirit, drive and ambition?
We’re looking for a Bilingual IT recruiter on a full-time, permanent basis to join our Technologies team in Montreal or Toronto.

What will you be doing in this position?

• You’ll be in charge of sourcing tech candidates while offering and negotiating contract renewals.
• You’ll understand the importance of networking and building strong relationships, thinking outside of the box to find top notch talent and making sure our clients are always happy (attending conferences and industry events will be right up your alley!)
• You’ll provide ongoing advice and recommendations based on market trends and use your people skills to match clients with candidates who are perfectly suited to their needs.

What we are looking for:

• Someone who has resilience, drive and passion for success.
• Some recruitment experience is preferable but not mandatory. 
• Customer service experience.
• Fully Bilingual, English & French.
